OUR MISSION

  Our mission is empowering youth survivors of child abuse along their journey of healing complex PTSD, from surviving to thriving by providing supportive services, and confidentially sponsoring their participation in sports and creative outlets of their choice.  We believe that physical and mental health are interwoven. 

Valor Youth

  Valor Youth have demonstrated great courage in the face of danger.  Repeated traumatic adverse experiences can cause complex post-traumatic stress disorder and affect the course of an individual's life.  Support though physical activity, team sports and artistic outlets helps at risk youth reclaim their lives along their journey to healing.  Valor Youth's mission is to help abused children and youth recover and have a fulfilling healthy future.
